Hamish Johnstone is an Executive Coach and Career Transition specialist, who has been developing and transitioning leaders for over 20 years.

Prior to setting up as an independent consultant, Hamish successfully worked in Chief People Officer roles for large corporations including DHL, Hellaby Holdings, and Todd Corporation. Before this, Hamish specialised in recruitment and outplacement at Sheffield Consulting Group and was a search partner at Heidrick and Struggles.

Credentials include:

  • BSc in Psychology

  • IECL - Level 2 coaching accreditation through the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership

  • ICC - International Certified Coach through the International Coaching Community

  • ICF - Member of the International Coaching Federation
